Hey Folks,I’ve been hearing from business owners all around the country, and the message is clear, times are tough. The cost of living crisis is now very real. As always, I’m an optimist, but like many of you, I’ve weathered crisis after crisis over the past 40 years. They just seem to be coming thicker and faster these days.
So, I’m stepping back into support mode to help the small business community navigate through this current crisis and emerge even stronger. During the GFC, I was asked to write a book to help business owners face tough times head-on. That’s how “Bulletproof Your Business Now” (published by Allen & Unwin) came to be.
This book is broken into four stages of crisis management, with a strong focus on financial resilience and effective communication.
If you’d like to get your hands on a copy, I’ve made it available for free, no email sign-up required, on FLIPBOOKS via the link below.
Please feel free to share this far and wide. I’ve tried to make it as accessible as possible for everyone who needs it.
Remember after every tough time comes good times. The key is to do what it takes right now to make sure you’re around for them. For me tough times are when I ramp up everything I do, marketing, product development, business development etc, in preparation for the turning of the wheel.
Cheers,
Andrew
